As someone who has suffered from food allergies for most of my life (first diagnosed at age 8), I know what it’s like to go without. I know what it’s like to spend hard-earned money on food that disappoints. That's why we refund disappointment. Simply tell us you are disappointed and we will refund you, no questions asked (unless you want to share.)

I’ve spent years learning to cook and bake without gluten so that I don’t have to experience that disappointment in my own kitchen. With today’s ingredient options, there is no excuse for bad gluten-free food. We strive to improve each time we make a recipe whether it’s for the first time or the 1000th

Here at the Free From Kitchen, we use the best ingredients available while keeping the value high. We would love to be 100% gluten-free, organic, grass-fed and pastured but, that’s not the reality of the world we live in. High quality ingredients are expensive and labor costs are high. We understand the struggle people go through to provide safe products for themselves and their families. We offer sales first through our e-mail lists, so make sure to sign up for first dibs. 

To help you maintain health and to keep our product quality high, we do not use industrial seed oils (more often called “vegetable oils”), genetically modified ingredients, artificial food colors or weird ingredients we can’t pronounce.
