This traditional sourdough, made with a sorghum starter named "Sally", is our most popular product. It's slightly tangy but utterly delicious. Warmed up, it makes a great sandwich but toasted it makes the perfect breakfast.

Whole loaf is approximately 26 oz. and is not sliced.

Best enjoyed warm, toasted or grilled.

INGREDIENTS: Filtered water, sorghum flour starter, light buckwheat flour, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, pumpkin seeds, psyllium husk, maple syrup, pink Himalayan salt.
