We couldn't find a good gluten-free soft pretzel so we decided to make our own. These are chewy and just firm enough. They're as close as we've found to their wheat-filled cousins. 

Best enjoyed warm brushed with melted butter. OMG.

*NOTE: We are still working out some details with this recipe and the shaping. Please be patient as we find the best shape and tweak the recipe to make production quicker and easier in the kitchen.
