To prepare: Heat in a microwave on half power for 2 minutes. Check temp in the center of the sandwich. Heat at 30 second intervals to desired temperature.
ENGLISH MUFFIN INGREDIENTS: potato starch, tapioca starch, white rice flour, sorghum flour, oat flour, pink Himalayan salt, olive oil, yeast, organic brown sugar, filtered water, psyllium husk, golden flax.
