We've added another exciting sourdough product to our line up! This focaccia is amazing with holes throughout, a slight tang and plenty of flexibility.
Dip it in oil and herbs or load it up with your favorite pizza toppings. You can even use it as a sandwich bread if you like. The flavor is flake salt and rosemary. We allow you to add your own salt level, so a salt packet is included. Just brush the bread with oil and sprinkle away. You won't be sorry.
Serves 4 as an appetizer
Enjoy at room temperature, warmed, toasted or grilled.
