We've avoided the quintessential Lancaster County sweet treat for long enough. Soft, moist, creamy Whoopie Pies are in the house! These Whoopies exceed expectations of even their wheat-based cousin. They are delightfully chocolate and lightly vanilla – the perfect combination. The secret to keeping them from drying out is adding a little bit of almond flour so these are not for our friends avoiding nuts.

This product as a vegan option is temporary. We've found that it's very difficult to work with (because the icing melts too quickly) and we will be adding eggs and dairy back in next time around. So, grab them while they're here! They are delicious!

CAKE INGREDIENTS: Gluten-free flour blend (rice flour, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, cellulose, xanthan gum, vitamin and mineral blend [calcium carbonate, niacinaminde (vitamin B3), reduced iron, thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2)) organic brown sugar, butter, organic cocoa, milk, olive oil, almond flour, baking soda, real vanilla, pink Himalayan salt, espresso powder.
