Soft and sweet, this banana bread Swiss roll makes a perfect gluten-free dessert. We take sweet, ripe bananas and soaked and dried walnuts and bake them up for a light, moist cake layer. Then we fill it with a fluffy cream cheese swirl and drape it in chocolate ganache.
